  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email or WhatsApp/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to verify the order via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatching the parcel. If verification fails, the order will be cancelled automatically.
