Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

2. Order Processing & Verification

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or a phone call to confirm your address and order details before dispatch. Orders will only be shipped after successful verification.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is verified and handed over to our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P, or Trax), the estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak festive seasons, brand sales, or due to unforeseen weather and law-and-order situations.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking ID on the respective courier's website to monitor your shipment's real-time status.

5. Double Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to two times to your specified address. If the recipient is unavailable or refuses the delivery without a valid reason, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and future COD services may be suspended for that account.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives open or visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery from the courier rider. Take a quick photo/video of the packaging and report it immediately to our customer care within 24 hours so we can send a replacement or resolve the issue.
